My boyfriend and I dined at Magnolias on the Bay this past Fourth of July while on vacation, and it was an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed a beautiful dinner on the patio with fireworks lighting up the sky. From the food to the service and atmosphere, everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious, and the service was exceptional. A special thanks to our server, Brandon, who was attentive, kind, and offered great recommendations. After dinner, we watched more fireworks and had a lovely conversation with Sam, the manager, who gave us some great local tips. Huge thanks to the entire staff for making our evening so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Great food great service. They mixed up our steaks and gave my less cooked one to someone else at the table. But it was still good even tho it was cooked a little more than I asked. We will be back for sure. Updating today to 4 stars for food because last night I had the worst meal I've had out in a long time. All the salt was in there bites. I only ate half my meal. The cabbage with the grouper was not good and the grouper had NO flavor other than a couple piles of coarse salt. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon. (I should have just got the steak)

Absolutely the finest food we have experienced. The portions were surprisingly very large especially for fine dining options. My seabass was hands down the largest piece ever served. Literally could of had leftovers but it was so good there wasn’t any. Sushi is very creative and flavorful. Great drinks. Service was great but be prepared as food does take longer than traditional restaurants to arrive. Arrived very fresh and obvious it is not prepared beforehand. Highly recommend!!!

First time visit for our party of 4. Greeted by a smiling hostess- phenomenal drinks and sushi rolls served by Heather at the bar. Then a 5+ star experience at our table with very attentive service by our fun and informative waiter- Joe. Two of us had the Ribeye Steak, one of us the Sea Bass and the other Grouper. All were served at the perfect temperature and seasoned perfectly. Joe never let our drinks get empty and always had a smile on his face. His dinner suggestions were spot-on delicious. The manager checked in with our table and thanked us for coming. As if this all wasn't enough- we had dessert!! Two orders of the Blondie w/ice cream, one chocolate flour-less cake and one key lime bar. One more delicious than the next.I highly encourage you to visit Magnolias on the Bay- phenomenal food and top notch-friendly service. Thank you Heather and Joe for a wonderful experience.

We had the pleasure of having dinner at Magnolias on the Bay Sunday evening. We were absolutely thriller from the moment we were greeted by the Valet parking attendant in the parking lot. I might add that there is also a boat dock on the bay in the rear of the restaurant for the seafaring visitors to Magnolias on the Bay.A pleasant greeting by the hostess before being seated. We decided to do the special dinner for the two as did our friends. We tried the " snake river roll sushi, the shishito pepper skewers and the Charcuterie board which was more than enough for the four of us to share. For the main entree, two of us had the pork chops and two had the salmon. The food was delicious with a beautiful presentation on each plate. Almost didn't want to ruin the picture but then again, we were there to eat. What a pleasure the meals were.Temperature was perfect, seasoning was not over done and the speed of service from placing the orders to delivery was perfect timing. We were treated as valued customers by everyone. Heather, our server was very attentive while she also tended to the bar and we never had to wave her down for any request. Of course, what is a great night with wonderful friends unless you have a satisfying dessert. That is exactly what we had, a sampler of chocolate cheese cake, key lime pie, creme brulee and something like flan. We were not disappointed and will return to sample more of their diverse menu. Give yourself a treat and make a reservation at Magnolias. There is limited inside dining and covered outside dining with fire pits and a view of the bay. You will be pleased.

Wow, the best restaurant in town… let’s start with the ambiance, the place is beautiful and has great views of the bay! The Food was amazing, from the best Filet I’ve ever had to the sushi my family ordered, everyone was super pleased with their dish. And then the service was top notch, super professional, bright smiling faces, and went out of their way to make sure the night was special. Celebrated my 40th birthday and it was amazing. Our server, Joey G, made the experience so much fun with his personality, jokes, and food recommendations. I personally had the special, which was a NY Strip with potatoes, carrots, green beans and a lovely sauce which I’m kicking myself got not remembering. Steak was cooked perfectly at medium and melted in my mouth. Everyone at the table loved their meals as well.Sangria was delicious as it wasn’t sweet and the Magnolia Spritzer was refreshing for the warm June late afternoon.Deserts were Key Lime pie (of course), coconut cake, and a blueberry lemon cobbler. We all loved them, with the coconut cake Joey G recommended being my personal favorite.Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

Magnolias is by far the best restaurant in Englewood! My husband and I love this place as every experience has been beyond excellent. We love getting Daniel as our server as he is highly energetic, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensures we leave looking forward to coming back. The food is incredible and their smoked whiskey drinks are phenomenal. The venue is set up beautifully as it offers an unforgettable experience dining by the water. You could never go wrong choosing this place!
